How long does it take to get Reinstated?

In most cases, if all the information needed is readily available, I can get a company back in compliance and in ACTIVE Status with the Texas Secretary of State in 1 week.

Will I need to have money ready to pay for past due taxes, penalties, etc.?

We can catch up your past due Franchise Tax returns without any upfront payments (aka pay later).


But we won't be able to get your company reinstated until you have paid all outstanding taxes, penalties, interest, and filing fees the Comptroller and Secretary of State may charge you.


We can also file to get the penalties you pay the Comptroller refunded to you. They'll mail a check to you if they approve your request, which I would prepare for you.

What do I need to have ready to get started?

You will need to have the following to get the FASTEST RESULTS:


- If you are behind for a tax year prior to 2024 (2024 tax year is for Jan. 1 - Dec 31, 2023), you will need to provide your completed tax return for each year that you are behind on your Franchise Taxes.

- Your Webfile number and Taxpayer number if you haven't set up your Webfile eSystems account yet.

- Your login credentials (if you have any) with the Texas Comptroller and the Texas Secretary of State.

- Have ready any letters you received from the Comptroller.

- Make a list of any questions you want to ask me.

What if I don't have my Webfile #?

You can CALL (800) 442-3453 to get a representative to help you get it.


You will need to have your Webfile number and your Taxpayer number that was assigned to you. The Webfile and Taxpayer number was mailed to you after you registered your LLC.

What if I got a tax letter saying I owe penalties?

Have your Comptroller tax letter with you, so I can answer your questions to better assist you.


I will help you apply to get the penalties waived or refunded to you (if you qualify).

What year tax return are you going to help me with?

I will help you catch up ALL you past due and current due Franchise Tax returns, so you can get REINSTATED.
