This is a copy of the guide I downloaded directly from FinCEN's website, and it includes the most important sections I specifically highlighted to help small business owners like you.
***Note - (as of 11/14/24) I've had trouble accessing FinCEN's main website for several days, so I uploaded a copy of the guide in case others have had the same issue and wanted to read it. There is a newer version of this guide that came out 3 months later (Dec. 2023), but I can't access it at this time. In the meantime, this guide is extremely helpful, and I did make notes in it for any changes I noticed regarding deadlines, etc.
