😵BOI Filing Requirement - VOLUNTARY (Again...)
FinCEN's BOI Filing Requirement:
As of December 26, 2024, you don't have to file your BOI Report (but you can if you want to).
This is exactly why I said to keep an eye out for FinCEN BOI Reporting UPDATES...the BOI Filing is again not required because the STAY on the INJUNCTION was VACATED.
