😵STAY on the Injunction - BOI Filing Requirement REINSTATED

FinCEN's BOI Filing Requirement - REINSTATED:

As of December 23, 2024, you are AGAIN required to file your BOI Report (if you haven't already).

This is exactly why I said to keep an eye out for FinCEN BOI Reporting UPDATES...the BOI Filing is again being required because there was an official STAY put on the INJUNCTION.

*** NEW DEADLINE:

The new deadline for EXISTING Reporting Companies is January 13, 2025, HOWEVER I strongly recommend and am actively encouraging everyone to file by JANUARY 12, 2025 (in case FinCEN later clarifies the deadline is 12:01 am on Jan. 13th)...lol.😆
