I highly recommend you E-file them this year.
One of the best ways to protect yourself if the IRS ever decides to Audit you is to have PROOF of your expenses.
Payments to your contractors could be one of your biggest deductions. Issuing them a 1099-NEC is a solid way to transfer the tax liability from youto them based on how much you paid them.
By law, if you paid a contractor $600 or more, you must issue them a 1099-NEC or you can be penalized for failing to file each one.
It doesn't have to be hard or expensive to file a 1099-NEC.
I've been using Tax1099.com for many years and have found them to be easy to use and very affordable (less than $3 per form).
Click below if you need to file 1099s...below is my link to get you 20% off your first filing.
(Note: If you decide to use my link, I may be compensated by Tax1099.com for referring you.)
BONUS TIP:
If you gather your contractors' email addresses, Tax1099.com will EMAIL the 1099-NEC to your contractor AND E-file the copies to the IRS for you, so you can be in compliance...save your postage, YOU WON'T HAVE TO MAIL ANYTHING!
I hope this helps you!
I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU! š
Stay tuned for moreā¦
To your success!
